New Brochure for Nova Design Ltd
Nova Design Ltd have a strong and consistent engineering design consultancy business with a core of loyal clients in a variety of sectors. They have an excellent website, but had no company brochure to support their online activities, marketing campaigns or sales presentations.
The delivery of this vital piece of marketing collateral became a priority. Studiografik, along with 4 other agencies were invited to pitch a concept proposal for the design and colour printing of the new brochure.
Design Components
The Nova brief was clear about the material they required. The company were looking for something bold, clear and concise, with design elements that followed styles already established on their website. The words and pictures had to cover the company history, CAD design services and industry expertise. As a presentation aid the brochure had to have the capacity to hold individual A4 documents and the business card of a Nova representative.
Two images, the designer and wire frame drawing, were brought together to depict the personality inherent to the concept of a professional and experienced team working in close collaboration with clients.
An important part of the Nova philosophy is keeping up with the latest industry standards in CAD engineering. So it was vital to show the where and how the software they use is applied.
What Studiografik Delivered
To meet the brief, whilst keeping a tight rein on the costs, Studiografik presented a six page, gate-fold design to be printed in full colour on to a substantial art board and finished with gloss lamination.
The design components of image and headline on the front cover is strong and unambiguous, a simple bold statement of the approach that distinguishes Nova's service delivery. Inside the the pages are broken down logically and the selected stock photography and writing is representative of the company history, the CAD technology it employs and the industries Nova is most active in.
The text relates the core messages and unique benefits that clients can expect from Nova's design engineering capabilities and facilities.
Photographs highlight elements of the story, illustrating their professional design capababilities, facilities and the typical clients they work with.
